Registration Forms

To register your child, he or she must meet the following guidelines:

  1. Must be eligible for Kindergarten or higher in the coming school year.
  2. Must be in good standing with the Burlington Junior Soccer Association.
  3. Must be a resident of the Town of Burlington or Harwinton, or eligible as an out of town player as defined by the Connecticut Junior Soccer Association.
