Registration Forms

To register your child, he or she must meet the following guidelines:

1. Eligible for Kindergarten or higher in the coming school year.
2. In good standing with Burlington Junior Soccer Club
3. A resident of the Town of Burlington or Harwinton, or eligible as an out of town player as defined by Connecticut Junior Soccer.
